All drivers must present valid identification to verify their identity and age before participation.
Participants under 18 must obtain prior approval from Drifting SA before entering the event and must have a parent/guardian in attendance at the event.
Health and Safety:
All participants must be in good health and disclose any medical conditions that could affect their ability to drive.
Appropriate safety gear (helmet, long sleeve clothing) must be worn at all times, and participants must follow all safety guidelines.
Alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited before or during the session. Any participant suspected of being under the influence will be immediately removed without a refund.
Tickets and Waitlist:
Tickets are non-transferable. If a participant cannot attend, they must notify Drifting SA as soon as possible to allow their spot to be released to someone on the waitlist.
In the event that a participant cannot attend, a refund will be issued, and the spot will be offered to another participant on the waitlist.
Waitlist participants have maximum 24 hours to accept the spot before we will contact the next person on the waitlist.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Drifting SA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather). In such cases, participants will be offered a refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
Refund requests must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
Vehicle Use and Liability:
Participants may be required to sign a waiver of liability before participating in the session.
Any intentional misuse of vehicles or equipment may result in removal from the event and potential liability for damages.
Photography and Media Release:
By attending, participants consent to being photographed or filmed during the session. Drifting SA may use these images/videos for promotional purposes without compensation.
Right of Admission:
Drifting SA reserves the right to refuse entry or participation to anyone at their discretion, particularly for safety or behavioral reasons.
