DRIVER ENTRY FEE REFUND POLICY:
As a volunteer organisation, we hope you understand that we are unable to facilitate refunds due to the administrative costs associated with processing / issues refunds.
However, we are very happy to offer a credit for future events, which is applied to your registered email account and does not have an expiry. You just need to let us know in advance of an event that you are no longer able to attend - this way we can offer your spot to someone else and/or don't have any unnecessary follow ups on the day by not knowing why you're not there! Please always email president @ driftingsa.com.au to advise if you need to cancel your entry for some reason.
How to use credit
To use your credit, please log in using the same email address you used for the cancelled event.
Add the new event entry registration to your account and make sure you get to the screen where the invoice is generated.
However, do not click pay online yet - instead, click the button (that says balance: credit or overpayment) that is floating to the right.
Once you click on it, it will then apply this credit to your outstanding invoice and let you know if there is anything further to pay.
If the balance didnt cover the whole entry, it will now just ask you for the remaining, or it will say $0 and your registration will be processed. All done!
